Hannah Little, Senior Manager at CC Nurseries
2020 saw us complete two beautiful new build projects for CC Nurseries. The interior design decisions were made by Hannah Little with her fantastic team of architects. We were then brought in to make a furniture concept for the finished rooms.
We worked closely with Hannah throughout, tailoring our proposal to fit with her chosen colour schemes, budgets, company ethos and most importantly Hannah’s clearly thought-out vision for spaces to ignite creativity and independence. Working with Hannah is always a real pleasure!
Hi Hannah! Could you share a little introduction to yourself and CC Nurseries?
Hannah Little: I am hugely passionate about creativity and loose parts play, with 2 years of study/practice at a Reggio-inspired school in Singapore. Children having exposure to nature and loose parts and open-ended materials is where my passion lies. I am focused on creating an inspiring environment for all the children and the best possible team of teachers at all of our sites. The children are always at the forefront of my mind.
What made us stand out to other options?
The delivery service! The installation team are so professional even with Covid restrictions, and Matthew video called me up on delivery to ensure the day went as smoothly as possible.
The design meetings with Charlie really exceeded all of my expectations. Jade and Matthew are so friendly – really down to earth, family orientated, open and honest people with good energy and vibes.
Were your budget and technical requirements stuck too within the planning stage of the project?
The products Creating Classrooms recommended within the room plans were 100% tailored to CC Nurseries and met our individual vision. Our budgets were stuck too throughout, regardless of my expensive taste, and they gave me great alternatives where we needed to reduce costs in certain areas.
Do you feel your initial vision was achieved?
Yes! A great feature of Creating Classrooms is the ability to review and make changes to room plans onscreen! I was blown away with the renders / 3d layouts and the flexible ability to move furniture around
instantly. Throughout the room planning process, we shared lots of emails, calls and zoom conversations. As a client, I am involved in every step of the way.
What in particular do you like about HABA furniture?
The quality and uniqueness, diversity and the colour and vibrancy compared to other brands.
What is the main reason you recommend our product or service?
I would highly recommend the products, overall customer service and installation team. The HABA products are adaptable, incredible quality and designs are fresh and open-ended… I really could go on!
The quality is the same as other brands, if not better, and the uniqueness and beautiful colour really surprised me.
What have you been able to achieve since using our product or service?
Amazing parent engagement and reviews. WOW FACTOR!!! Our team LOVE working in such a modern, funky, clean, fresh environment.
What would you tell someone considering working with us?
The HABA quality/design is so fresh and 2021! Despite all the issues with Covid/Brexit – I have received nothing but a professional service and great adaptability from the whole team.
